From apprentice to pipe welder – Julius’ journey
Julius started his apprenticeship at VINAB in connection with his education in the Industrial Technology program with a focus on welding technology at Strömbackaskolan in Piteå. For two years he worked at our pipe department in Kalix, where he gained both hours and experience. After completing his final test, he became a certified industrial pipe fitter and today still works as a pipe welder with us.
– “I think VINAB is a good place to be an apprentice.”
says Julius, who still works with us and commutes weekly from Piteå to the workplace in Kalix.
