Sales & Marketing Manager – drive our expansion and open new markets

We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who wants to take a holistic approach to our market strategy and lead us into the next growth phase. The role suits you who combine strategic height with operational power and who thrive in an environment where you can influence, develop and create results.

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand, identifying new business opportunities and establishing us in new markets, as well as positioning us as a leading player in our industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the company’s overall sales strategy with a focus on growth and market expansion
  • Identify and establish new markets, customer segments and business opportunities
  • Manage, coach and develop sales and marketing activities
  • Responsible for budget, forecasting and monitoring of market performance
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders

We are looking for you who

  • Several years of strategic and operational sales experience and proven success in developing new markets and finding new customers
  • Have experience in leading teams and driving change
  • Has strong communication skills and a natural business sense
  • Is structured, analytical and confident in working with budget, KPIs and follow-up
  • Have good communication skills in Swedish in both speech and writing and are also comfortable communicating in English

We would like you to have experience from industry or technology, preferably in a sales role.
