Meet Elias, one of our newest stars. He works daily as a mechanic in Kiruna where he also comes from. Elias appreciates the variety of the daily work at VINAB, his colleagues and the accuracy of the work.
I’ve been at VINAB since February 2023 and I’m really enjoying it.
I work as a mechanic which is an incredibly varied job, something I really enjoy. A typical day can include everything from mechanics to welding, and everything from repairs to maintenance.

Ida is our administrator from Kalix. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her family out in the woods and fields, preferably on her snowmobile. Ida is a happy and social person who is always ready to laugh.

At VINAB I work as an administrator, a working day for me is very varied as no two days are the same. I work a lot with project administration, invoicing, orders without listing everything, she says with a smile.

Erik is our working supervisor from Överkalix. In addition to being diligent, to say the least, he is also an experienced gentleman who has worked with us at VINAB for 12 years. He appreciates the family feeling at the company and that no two days are the same.

I call my role a working supervisor. It’s a very varied role where no two days are the same. It can be anything from driving a tractor, screwing, welding or lifting.

Meet Ellen, a new star with us. She works as an administrator at VINAB in Överkalix. She also lives there with her partner and their two children.
In their spare time, the whole family plays hockey, with some hours spent in the ice rink every week for training and matches. But in the summer, it's the cottage and life out in nature that counts. Ellen has a background in healthcare, but after feeling the need for a change, she trained in administration and then got the job with us at VINAB.

Through the locations in Norrbotten, we offer services that include manufacturing, assembly, repair and maintenance as well as expertise in pipe welding for the heavy industry.
