About the service
As a project coordinator, you will mainly work with documentation internally and for our customers in the industrial sector. The position mainly involves independent administrative work but also collaboration with other colleagues as you will belong to the work group in Kiruna. In the future, we also see that the person can take on more tasks in the area of creating maintenance plans and also project documentation.
Main tasks
- Loading of spare parts and documentation
- Building maintenance plans in Excel
- Administrative tasks
We are looking for you who
- Have a relevant education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through longer work experience
- Has good computer skills
- Is solution-oriented
- Thrives on working both independently and in teams
- Valid B driving license
- Communicates in Swedish
It is an advantage if you
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience in industry
- Proficient in additional languages such as English, Finnish etc
