It was a good time to put a nice stamp on the work that has been done while continuing to maintain the standards that we have established over so many years. With increased capacity and continued high quality of delivery, VINAB wants to strengthen its position in the Nordic market. The new identity is the biggest change to the brand since Verkstadsindustri i Norr AB was introduced in 2006.

That’s why it was important that the identity makes visible how our value is built around being the link between industry and all that industry touches. An identity that, just like our brand, is dynamic and in constant motion, but which builds on our iconic blue color and our logo, says Michaela Martinsson, HR Manager at VINAB
The work is the result of the collaboration with the communications and web agency EZ Web, which started in early winter 2023.
– It feels very exciting to be a central part of VINAB’s change and development work. VINAB is a strongly rooted brand that many in the heavy industry interact with daily. We are therefore very pleased with the confidence, says Petter Samuelsson, CEO and founder of EZ Web, in a comment.
In the updated visual identity, EZ Web has taken the primary blue VINAB color as a starting point but expanded the color palette to provide a better user experience on digital surfaces. A new modern website reinforces the new identity, and a uniquely designed typography will add character and increase readability on mobile devices. EZ Web has also developed the brand platform that VINAB will stand on in the future. In addition to the digital surfaces, the new identity will also be visible on VINAB’s many physical contact surfaces such as clothing, in the workshops and on their vehicles that roll throughout the county.
With the developed brand strategy and identity, VINAB also wants to work more purpose-driven and more clearly link the brand to the ambition to be an attractive, proud and honest employer that promotes long-term relationships and collaborations that always deliver results on time.
