About the service
As a project manager, you will play a central role in our projects. You will plan, supervise and manage projects and project members from order to completion together with the site manager and other colleagues. All the while ensuring quality. You have a key role in structuring the work on projects, managing risks and ensuring that projects stay on schedule and on budget.
Main tasks
- Plan, coordinate and lead the implementation of various projects from start to finish.
- Create growth by actively meeting customers and clients.
- Develop and establish project plans that include objectives, scope, timelines, resource needs and activities.
- Be responsible for documentation during and after the project.
- Ongoing financial monitoring of the projects.
- Carry out and document self-checks according to the established control plan.
- Ensuring complete invoicing documents.
- Ensure safety compliance, that risk analyses are carried out before work starts.
- Follows up to ensure that all employees follow guidelines, rules of order and safety.
- Be the contact person in the project.
We are looking for you who
- Have relevant education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through longer work experience. We consider it an advantage if you have training in project management and BAS U.
- Experience in running projects and experience in leading teams.
- Have experience of working in industry, we consider it an advantage if you have worked with project management in the mining industry.
- You have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you speak Russian, we consider it an advantage.
- Have good computer skills (office package). We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of the Next system.

Scope: The position is a full-time, permanent position. Travel may be involved in the job.
