About the position:
As HR Business Partner, you will actively and professionally support our managers and leaders. You will work broadly and support the organization in all HR related matters.
Duties:
- Supporting the organization’s managers and employees in HR-related matters
- Manage administration in the HR area
- Work on improvement projects, help implement HR strategies and review business practices and policies
- Supporting managers in rehabilitation, labor law and leadership
- Managing labor law issues and trade union relations
- Work on employer branding and recruitment
- Assist in the annual salary review and salary mapping
We are looking for people who:
- You have experience in HR work and can thus contribute your skills to the organization
- It is an advantage if you have experience in industry and its agreements
- You have a relevant degree in HR or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Good IT skills such as; Office and various types of HR systems
