About the service:
As a KMA with us, you have an important role as you drive and support our operations in the industry in matters relating to quality, environment and work environment. Documentation, communication, reconciliation and follow-up are all important parts of the job. You enjoy traveling around the region and supporting the business in a coaching approach. The work will show the way forward towards a healthy, safe and sustainable VINAB.
Main tasks
- Actively support the organization’s managers and employees in KMA related issues.
- Ensure that the organization works according to current procedures, laws and requirements. Monitor and inform about changes, and interpret laws and regulations in the KMA area.
- Driving and supporting the business in the development of health and safety plans, risk assessments and internal company instructions, as well as in the investigation of accidents, incidents and risk observations.
- Drive improvement work and follow-ups with customers together with the relevant employees.
- Managing administration in the KMA area, updating and maintaining templates, supporting documents and internal guidelines.
- Develop KMA training courses.
- Being physically out with our employees where work is carried out.
We are looking for you who
- Have relevant post-secondary education in KMA.
- Has training and/or in-depth knowledge of quality, environment and health and safety legislation and ISO certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in industry and its agreements would be an advantage.
- Has good knowledge of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, health, improvement and safety work.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. If you have a good command of Russian or Finnish, we consider it an advantage.
- Has a B driving license.
- Good computer skills (office package). We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of the IA system.

Scope: The position is a full-time, permanent position. Travel is part of the job.
